Job Description
As a Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. From merchandising and stocking products to cashiering and maintaining cleanliness, you will work collaboratively with the ALDI team to ensure the store is welcoming and efficient.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies
- Operate cash registers and uphold cash management procedures
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
- Efficient operation of cash registers and store equipment
- Knowledge of company policies and procedures
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Capable of working independently and in a team setting
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
