Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for customers. In this role, you will collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service and enhance the overall customer experience.
Position Details

- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management
- Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in inventory counts
- Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Efficient cash register operation
- Proficiency in using store equipment
- Knowledge of general cleaning duties
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
