Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and assist customers at the checkout.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and customer experiences.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
