Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks such as merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure an outstanding shopping experience for our customers. Your role will involve collaborating with team members, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers during their shopping experience and communicate effectively with the team.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues to management.
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Experience in retail operations and cash handling preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
