Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the ALDI team to enhance customer shopping experience.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping journey.
- Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain cleanliness in the store.
- Communicate effectively with team members and provide feedback to management.
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for operational efficiency and security.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and retail equipment efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is advantageous.
