Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our new store team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in stocking merchandise, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with the ALDI team, you will contribute to an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly stock shelves
- Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members and management
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and store operations
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies
- Follow company procedures, uphold security and confidentiality standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
- Proficiency in customer service, cash register operation, and equipment handling
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures
- Excellent communication skills and organizational abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
