Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our new store team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, clean, and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include stocking products, cashiering, and interacting with customers to enhance their shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise, maintain product displays, and keep the store neat and orderly.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service at all times.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Operate cash registers accurately and efficiently.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
