We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training in all aspects of managing a store to prepare you for a leadership role. You will be responsible for supervising daily store operations, ensuring top-notch customer service, managing staffing needs, and developing operational plans while fostering team growth.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the team, maintaining high customer service standards
• Implement company strategies and values to promote teamwork and employee engagement
• Handle customer inquiries and ensure prompt issue resolution
• Maintain store appearance, product quality, and signage standards
• Participate in hiring and training staff, manage schedules, and set performance expectations
• Monitor budget targets, conduct cash audits, and manage inventory levels

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Demonstrated customer service and leadership skills
• Familiarity with retail management principles
• Proficiency in operating store equipment and cash registers
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Prior retail experience and management background preferred
