We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to manage store operations efficiently. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing schedules, and mentoring team members.

Responsibilities

Educational Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience, preferably in a managerial role.
• Prior management experience is advantageous.
