Full-Time Store Manager Trainee

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will be immersed in all aspects of store management, preparing you to take on the responsibilities of running your own store effectively. Your role will involve supervising daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staffing needs, and implementing operational strategies while mentoring and developing your team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations to provide outstanding customer service.
• Communicate and model company core values to foster teamwork among employees.
• Manage customer concerns and ensure prompt resolutions.
• Maintain store signage and product quality.
• Assist in hiring and training store personnel.
• Create and oversee work schedules to ensure proper staffing.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback for employee development.
• Monitor store budgets and recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure a safe and organized store environment.
• Manage inventory and product merchandising.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Customer service oriented with leadership skills.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Prior retail experience, preferably in a management role.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
• Prior management experience is a plus.
