Full-Time Store Manager Trainee

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training in all aspects of store management to prepare you for a leadership role within our organization. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staffing needs, and implementing operational strategies while supporting and developing the team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations and team performance to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Understand and communicate company values to foster teamwork and employee engagement.
• Handle customer inquiries and ensure timely resolutions.
• Maintain store appearance, product quality, and proper signage.
• Participate in recruitment, interviewing, and training of store personnel.
• Manage schedules, job expectations, and team performance evaluations.
• Oversee inventory management, product merchandising, and store cleanliness.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Demonstrated customer service and leadership skills.
• Understanding of retail operations, budgeting, and personnel management.
• Proficiency in operating cash registers and store equipment.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication abilities.
• Prior experience in retail and management roles preferred.

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
• Prior management experience beneficial.
