Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join Aldi, where you will undergo comprehensive training in all aspects of store management. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will supervise daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, manage staff schedules, and implement operational strategies while leading and mentoring your team.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on customer service and team development.
• Understanding of management principles and budgeting.
• Proficiency in operating retail equipment and cash registers.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience with at least 3 years in a progressive role.
• High school diploma or equivalent; management experience preferred.
