Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join Aldi's dynamic team. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will receive comprehensive training to prepare you for managing all aspects of store operations effectively. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing schedules, and developing operational strategies while leading and developing a strong team.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily store operations to deliver top-notch customer service.
- Communicate and uphold company values to foster teamwork and employee engagement.
- Manage staffing needs, including hiring and scheduling.
- Maintain store presentation and product quality standards.
- Monitor and meet budget and performance targets.
- Identify training opportunities and provide feedback to enhance team performance.
- Ensure a safe and efficient work environment for all stakeholders.
Job Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Previous retail experience required; management experience preferred.
Educational Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
- Combination of education and experience equivalent to the role.
