Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join Aldi, where you will undergo comprehensive training in all aspects of store management. In this role, you will supervise daily store operations, ensure outstanding customer service, manage staffing, and develop operational strategies while nurturing and building a strong team.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Estimated Hours: 45 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $27.50 per hour
- Year 1 Earning Potential: Up to $105,000 (salary and bonus included; geographic differences may apply)
Key Responsibilities

- Supervise team for optimal customer service

- Address customer issues and maintain store quality
- Participate in hiring and scheduling tasks
- Set job expectations and conduct performance evaluations
- Ensure budget and loss targets are met
- Monitor local market and suggest competitive adjustments
- Maintain safety standards and manage merchandising
- Oversee inventory and uphold company policies
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement: 18
- Independent and team player with excellent customer service skills
- Ability to lead, communicate, and enforce company policies
- Experience in budgeting, personnel management, and equipment operation
- High School Diploma; 3 years of retail experience; prior management desired
- Must meet local regulations for alcohol handling
