Management Responsibilities

  • Communicate with senior management on member and sales-related matters.
  • Manage staffing, including hiring, firing, and recruitment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities for staff.
  • Manage inventory, expenses, and financial goals.

Member Experience

  • Provide outstanding customer service to all members and guests.
  • Promote club amenities and services.
  • Handle member inquiries and service issues.
  • Maintain equipment and facilities for optimal functionality.

Club Cleanliness and Safety

  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Perform routine safety checks.

Commitment to Excellence

  • Champion company values and health/safety standards.
  • Foster a positive work environment.
  • Develop staff for success and ensure accountability.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of sales/customer service and leadership/management experience.
  • Basic computer skills required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 50 pounds.

Work Environment

  • Exposure to moving mechanical parts and noise.
