Job Description
Snow Hill Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is looking for dedicated Geriatric Nursing Assistants (GNA) to join our team. As a GNA, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care under the supervision of nursing personnel. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the well-being of residents and maintaining a positive environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform direct patient care duties in alignment with nursing personnel.
- Observe residents continuously to ensure their safety and well-being.
- Report any health issues to the supervising nurse promptly.
- Assist residents with personal hygiene and daily activities.
- Document food and fluid intake, serve meals, and provide nutritional supplements.
- Maintain cleanliness in residents' living spaces and assist with mobility when needed.
- Ensure resident comfort and confidentiality of all resident data.
Requirements
- Valid Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) license.
