We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a GNA, you will play a crucial role in supporting the well-being of our senior residents, working in direct collaboration with our licensed nursing staff to provide personalized care and enhance their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Assist a designated group of residents in line with the Sunrise Mission of Championing Quality of Life for All Seniors.
• Collaborate with licensed nursing staff to develop and execute individualized restorative therapy programs.
• Maintain accurate records of resident care and assist with the upkeep of medical equipment.
• Handle multiple priorities effectively while demonstrating strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant license as per regulations.
• High School Degree/GED is required.
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Passion for serving and caring for seniors.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
