As a key member of our fitness community, you will focus on creating an outstanding experience for our members by maximizing STUDIO and Group Fitness usage. Your role will involve recruiting and staffing top talent, achieving financial targets, delivering a world-class member experience, and supporting ongoing instructor development. Through your leadership, enthusiasm, and commitment to our core values, you will inspire and uplift our members while ensuring the success of our fitness programs.

Responsibilities

• Recruit talent to drive club traffic and member engagement.
• Analyze business performance to achieve financial targets and KPIs.
• Ensure STUDIO and Group Fitness spaces are clean, safe, and well-equipped.
• Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support for instructors and coaches.
• Deliver an exceptional member experience through high-energy classes.
