Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead to join our team at VASA Fitness. As the GFSTL, you will play a crucial role in creating an uplifting fitness experience for our members through inclusive and on-trend classes. Your responsibilities will include recruiting top talent, maximizing STUDIO and Group Fitness usage, delivering world-class member experiences, and supporting ongoing instructor development.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and staff talented instructors and coaches to drive club traffic and member engagement.
- Analyze business performance to achieve financial targets and KPIs.
- Manage class schedules, ensuring competitiveness, trendiness, and convenience for members.
- Ensure equipment and spaces are clean, safe, and well-maintained for a flawless member experience.
- Train, coach, and support ongoing development of instructors and coaches.
- Create a connection with members through high-energy classes and exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- Prior experience in fitness management or a related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Passion for delivering exceptional fitness experiences.
- Ability to analyze data and drive performance to achieve targets.
