Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic individual to join our team as the Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead at VASA Fitness. As the Team Lead, you will play a key role in creating an uplifting fitness experience for our members while maximizing studio and group fitness engagement.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and staff talented instructors and coaches to drive member engagement.
- Analyze performance and drive results to achieve financial targets and KPIs.
- Ensure exceptional member experience through clean and safe facilities, flawless execution of events, and world-class programming.
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support for instructor development.
- Create connections with members, address concerns, and foster a community-driven environment.
Requirements
- Prior experience in group fitness leadership.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Passion for fitness and creating a positive impact on others.
