Join our team at VASA Fitness as the Group Fitness Manager! We are looking for a passionate and experienced individual to lead our Group Fitness & Studio Team, creating an exceptional fitness experience for our members. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maximizing studio and group fitness usage while delivering world-class member experiences.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and staff talented instructors and coaches to drive club traffic and member engagement.
- Analyze performance and drive results to achieve financial targets and KPIs.
- Ensure studio and group fitness spaces are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Train, coach, and support ongoing development of instructors and coaches.
- Create a supportive and engaging environment that fosters community and connection among members.
