Responsibilities
- Recruit and train Group Fitness Instructors & Studio Coaches
- Maximize STUDIO and Group Fitness usage through effective scheduling and class management
- Drive performance to achieve financial targets and KPIs
- Ensure a world-class member experience through equipment maintenance, cleanliness, and flawless execution of programs
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support for instructor development
Requirements
- Prior experience in fitness management or group fitness instruction
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for fitness and creating a supportive community
- Ability to analyze data and drive results
