Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard talented instructors and coaches to drive club traffic and member engagement.
- Analyze business performance to achieve financial targets and exceed KPIs for STUDIO and Group Fitness spaces.
- Ensure exceptional member experience through high-energy classes that motivate and build a sense of community.
- Deliver flawless execution of playbooks, initiatives, and events to enhance the fitness experience.
- Train, develop, and support ongoing instructor growth and skill enhancement.
