Are you passionate about fitness and leading a team towards success? VASA Fitness is looking for a dedicated Group Fitness Program Lead to join our energetic and supportive team. As the Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional fitness experience, maximizing studio and group fitness usage, and ensuring members and guests receive top-notch service.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and staff qualified talent to drive club traffic and member engagement.
- Analyze performance metrics to achieve financial targets and exceed key performance indicators.
- Ensure all equipment and facilities are maintained for a safe and clean environment.
- Train, coach, and support ongoing development of team members.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and create a sense of community within the fitness programs.
