We are currently looking for a Guest Service Agent to join our team at Hampton Inn Virginia Beach-Oceanfront North. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the face of our hotel, providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring their stay is memorable and comfortable.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in process.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts.

Requirements
