Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Guest Service Agent to join our dynamic Front Office team at Hyatt Chester. If you are an enthusiastic professional who excels in delivering outstanding guest service, we want you to be a part of our team. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for check-ins, check-outs, assisting guests, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences at our hotel.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests with a warm smile and provide courteous and professional service.
  • Handle guest check-ins and check-outs according to hotel standards.
  • Assist guests with inquiries, directions, reservations, and other needs.
  • Maintain a high level of personal appearance and adhere to the hotel's dress code.
  • Ensure the proper operation of the Property Management System.
  • Participate in fire and safety procedures and assist guests and colleagues during emergencies.

Requirements

  • Must be available to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Demonstrated customer service experience in retail or service industry.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet programs, and efficient cash handling.
  • Knowledge of Hilton OnQ is a plus.
