Job Description
We are looking for Guest Service Agents to join the DoubleTree by Hilton Midlothian team. As a Guest Service Representative, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our guests. Responsibilities
- Ensure consistent attendance and performance based on business requirements.
- Welcome guests with a smile and maintain a professional demeanor.
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs following property standards.
- Handle incoming calls, transfer to appropriate departments, and take messages.
- Handle cash transactions, post charges, verify credit cards, and balance the cash register.
- Assist in reservations and address service issues promptly.
Requirements
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
