HEAD HOUSEKEEPING MANAGER

Job Description

We are looking for a Head Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Lake Lawn Resort in Delavan, WI. As a key member of our hospitality staff, you will be responsible for leading the housekeeping department to ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of guestrooms and public areas.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Housekeeping department.
• Train and supervise department staff.
• Maintain staffing levels and schedule staff efficiently.
• Ensure adherence to resort standards for guest service and product quality.
• Coordinate daily cleaning services and deep cleaning projects.
• Communicate with executive management regarding department operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience as an Assistant Housekeeping Manager.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to fulfill physical requirements of the job.
