Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Handle member transactions and inquiries with accuracy and courtesy.
- Provide account information and direct members to appropriate services.
- Open and close accounts, assist with loans, and process various transactions.
- Maintain knowledge of security procedures and operate cash handling equipment.
- Balance cash drawers efficiently and process account changes.
- Promote credit union services to members and attend training sessions.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED with one year of bank or credit union experience.
- Good credit standing required; background check will be completed upon job offer.
Compensation and Benefits
- Starting pay at $41,000 per year with potential hourly wage up to $45,000.
