The TPC Sugarloaf, located in Duluth, Georgia, is seeking a Head Tennis Professional to assist the Director of Tennis Operations in overseeing all aspects of the tennis operation. The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of tennis court protocol, rules, and regulations, along with previous teaching experience. Certified through USPTA or PTR is a requirement for this role.

Responsibilities/Duties

• Develop and conduct various tennis programs for all ages and skill levels.
• Coordinate with other club departments for event services and program set-up.
• Manage tennis shop operations and staff, including recruitment and training.
• Assist in budget development and expense control.
• Ensure high service standards and member satisfaction.
• Market the club against local competition and maintain merchandise displays.
• Handle sales transactions and operate the Point of Sale system.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of tennis facilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required, Bachelor's degree in Sports Management preferred.
• 4+ years of tennis teaching experience.
• Certified through USPTA (Level P-2 or higher) or PTR (Level Instructor or higher).
