As the Headlands General Manager, you will have overall responsibility for managing all operations related to Rooms, Spa, and Cottages within Kiwanda Hospitality Group. Your role will encompass areas such as sales and marketing, revenue management, team recruitment, and training among others. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences and maintaining operational excellence.

Key Accountabilities:

• Lead and oversee all aspects of Rooms, Restaurant, and Spa management.
• Develop an exceptional service culture to create memorable experiences for guests and owners.
• Manage revenue strategies and work towards maximizing profitability.
• Recruit, train, and retain top talent to build a high-performing team.
• Ensure compliance with operational standards and regulations to maintain a safe environment.
• Collaborate with sister properties and local businesses to enhance operations.

Preferred Skills:

• 3-5 years of experience managing a full-service hotel or resort.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Experience in hotel reservation systems and front office software.
• Food & Beverage experience is beneficial.
