Healthcare Outside Sales Rep - Halethorpe

We are seeking a Healthcare Outside Sales Rep to join Sage Health in Halethorpe. As a Membership Outreach Specialist, you will be responsible for generating sales leads of potential Medicare-eligible seniors, nurturing relationships with community partners, and driving sales leads into the pipeline. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a monthly and quarterly sales plan to achieve new patient goals.
• Plan and organize local community events to attract Medicare-eligible seniors.
• Build and maintain relationships with health plan agents, brokers, and community partners.
• Educate potential patients on Sage Health's services and provide personalized tours of the center.
• Deliver exceptional sales and customer service to prospects, patients, and community partners.
• Nurture ongoing relationships with patients to ensure satisfaction with services.
• Attend scheduled sales meetings and share sales plans and results.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of outside sales or account management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare knowledge is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce.
• Strong communication, public speaking, and presentation skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Ability to travel locally, regionally, and nationally as required.
