Job Description

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a caring and dedicated Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our team. As a Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and services to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. This role involves building relationships with seniors, assisting with daily activities, and contributing to the overall well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with a specified number of seniors and their families.
• Provide assistance with activities of daily living and attend to individual care needs.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans and assist residents with life enriching activities.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of residents during the shift.
• Adhere to safety rules and regulations while maintaining Sunrise hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Dedication and passion to serve seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
• High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required per state regulations.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
• Good communication, organizational, and time management skills.
