We are hiring a Local City Driver / Forklift Operator on a full-time basis to join ABF Freight, one of the leading LTL carriers in the country. As part of our team, you will be responsible for the pickup and delivery of cargo in and around Brooklyn, NY. General Description of Duties:

• Pickup and delivery of cargo to and from various destinations in proximity to the consolidation/distribution center.
• Utilize loading and unloading techniques, technology, and procedures similar to those of a dock worker.
• Duties and schedules may vary based on the terminal location.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• At least 1 year of verifiable tractor/trailer experience (Candidates with less experience may be eligible for training).
• Hold a Class-A CDL with various endorsements and no automatic restriction.
• Stable work record and safe driving history.
• Ability to pass DOT pre-employment drug screening and meet medical requirements.
