We are currently seeking Full Time, Part Time, and Per Diem LPNs to support patients in New Castle County, DE. Roles may include day or night shifts, one weekend a month, and 2 holidays per year.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community.
- Implement patient-centered care plans.
- Participate in discharge planning.
Requirements:
- HSD or GED required.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
Job Types: Per diem, Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
