ChristianaCare HomeHealth is looking for experienced Home Care LPN's to join our team in New Castle County, DE. As an LPN, you will provide quality skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, assisting in implementing care plans and supporting patient discharge planning.
Responsibilities

Requirements
