Job Description

Responsibilities
- Deliver specialized nursing care to hospice patients in accordance with the established plan of care.
- Assess and monitor patient's condition, provide pain management, and offer emotional support to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
- Document patient care and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing with a current NC RN license or compact state RN license.
- Minimum of two years of experience in an acute care facility or home care agency.
- Valid NC driver's license required.
- National Certification (CHPN) recommended after two years of full-time experience as an RN in hospice nursing practice.
