Job Description
We are seeking a talented Housekeeping Supervisor to join the team at Siena Lakes by Erickson Senior Living, a vibrant retirement community in North Naples. As a Housekeeping Supervisor II, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean, sanitary, and welcoming environment for our residents within the gated community.
Responsibilities
- Ensure buildings are clean, sanitary, and well-maintained within the community.
- Assign daily tasks and schedules to housekeeping staff.
- Inspect premises to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Train and supervise housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment, preparing requisitions as needed.
- Investigate and resolve housekeeping-related complaints effectively.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- 2-3 years of experience in housekeeping operations.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
