Responsibilities
- Perform commercial service and maintenance calls independently.
- Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer problems with HVAC equipment professionally and accurately.
- Inspect equipment, identify potential problems, and prevent breakdowns or callbacks.
- Complete routine maintenance, equipment cleaning, and parts delivery efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service and promote products and services.
Qualifications
- High school diploma with 2-5 years of HVAC experience and technical training certification.
- Valid HVAC licensing, EPA, and safety certifications.
- Proficiency in servicing HVAC equipment, reading wiring diagrams, and troubleshooting.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate necessary tools and equipment.
- Effective communication, time-management, and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Ability to work flexible hours, climb ladders, lift heavy items, and work in various environmental conditions.
