Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated ICU Registered Nurse to join ThedaCare at the Appleton Hospital. As part of the Intensive Care Unit team, you will provide specialized and compassionate care to patients and their families, contributing to a higher standard of healthcare delivery.

Responsibilities

• Deliver holistic primary care nursing to 1-2 patients in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain a patient-centered approach through evidence-based practice and interprofessional collaboration.
• Ensure patient safety and compassionate care within the scope of practice.
• Promote innovation, professional development, and a culture of excellence in nursing.

Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin RN Licensure.
• BSN preferred or ADN with commitment to obtain BSN within five years.
• AHA Healthcare Provider BLS certification.
• Ability to meet physical demands of the job, including lifting and flexibility.
