Identity Governance Analyst

Job Description

The University of Vermont Medical Center is looking for an Identity Governance Analyst to establish, document, and manage digital identity processes and workflows, ensuring the security and efficiency of user access within the organization. As a subject matter expert in digital identity platforms, you will collaborate with business and clinical staff to maintain entitlements and user roles, troubleshoot identity governance issues, and support the UVMHN Identity Governance Program.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain digital identity processes and workflows.
• Collaborate with business and clinical staff to manage user entitlements and roles.
• Troubleshoot identity governance related issues.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of identity governance best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in information security or IT operations.
• Experience with Epic Security certifications or Electronic Health Record software preferred.
