• Handle inbound service calls with professionalism.
• Drive customer satisfaction through voice, chat, and/or email channels.
• Navigate through multiple systems and tools efficiently.
• Participate in ongoing training and skill development programs.

Qualifications

• Live within 50 miles of 101 Sykes Blvd, Chavies, KY 41272.
• Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
• Problem-solving attitude and eagerness to advance in your career.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma (or GED equivalent).
• Must pass a background check.
