As a vital part of our CX solutions delivery, you will handle inbound service calls, drive customer satisfaction through various communication channels, and navigate through multiple systems to provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound service calls promptly and professionally.
• Interact with customers via voice, chat, and/or email to resolve queries and issues.
• Navigate through different tools and systems efficiently.
• Participate in ongoing training and skill development programs.

• Located within 50 miles of Chavies, KY.
• Strong communication skills with a problem-solving attitude.
• Desire to advance and grow within a stable company.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Minimum age requirement of 18 years with a high school diploma or equivalent.
