Foundever is seeking an Inbound Customer Support Representative to join our global industry client solutions team. As the first point of contact for clients, you will provide professional and high-quality customer service through inbound calls. This role involves dealing with customer inquiries, providing solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound service calls efficiently and professionally.
• Drive customer satisfaction through voice, chat, and email communications.
• Navigate through multiple systems and tools to assist customers effectively.
