Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Incident Response Analyst I to join Flexential's team. As an IT Specialist, you will be responsible for providing initial customer analysis, troubleshooting, and proactive incident resolution for our customer environments. The role requires technical expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions
- Provide initial analysis and triage for customer calls and tickets.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand and resolve their requests.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and capabilities.
- Work with vendors to achieve resolution.
Required Qualifications
- Working knowledge of relevant operating systems.
- Attention to detail and strong troubleshooting abilities.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Positive attitude and a sense of urgency.
- Associate degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of system administration or network experience.
- Experience with network technologies and server technologies.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit for extended periods, walk, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Advanced keyboard usage.
Hourly Pay Range
- Hourly pay range: $26.92 - $34.33.
- Actual pay depends on experience and qualifications.
