Job Description
L.L.Bean is seeking an Industrial Master Electrician for their fast-paced Order Fulfillment Center in Freeport. This full-time position offers competitive pay starting at $37.00 per hour, premium pay for night shifts, great benefits, and a $3,000 Sign-On Bonus. As an Industrial Master Electrician, you will be responsible for advanced electrical maintenance functions, ensuring electrical safety across the company, and providing support for various electrical systems and equipment.
Responsibilities
- Provide second level support for complex electrical issues
- Perform preventative maintenance on industrial equipment
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot complex electrical systems
- Serve as an internal resource for projects and maintenance
- Mentor junior electricians and oversee contractors
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and communicate effectively regarding electrical hazards
- Provide on-call support as needed
Requirements
- Licensed Master Electrician
- 6 years of industrial electrical maintenance experience
- Proficiency in analyzing and solving electrical problems
- Knowledge of NEC and NFPA 70E standards
- Experience with PLCs and electrical controls
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Valid state driver's license and experience in operating aerial lifts
