Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Inpatient Case Manager (RN) to join our team at LifeBridge Health. This full-time position at Northwest Hospital in Randallstown, MD, offers a sign-on bonus potential of $15,000. As an Inpatient Case Manager, you will collaborate with the clinical team and medical providers to provide discharge planning coordination and intervention for patients with complex health needs. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with working knowledge of specialized field.
