We are looking for a skilled Inpatient Medical Floor RN to join our team at ThedaCare. As an integral part of our clinical care redesign, you will be empowered to provide high-quality nursing care in a collaborative model. This role offers the opportunity to work on a high-functioning team and collaborate with a multidisciplinary group. The 24-bed inpatient unit specializes in caring for critically ill but stable patients, ensuring a challenging yet rewarding environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct nursing care within a collaborative model.
• Practice at the top of your licensure on a high-functioning team.
• Participate in multidisciplinary collaboration.

Requirements

• Current Wisconsin RN Licensure.
• BSN or ADN with agreement to obtain BSN within five years.
• American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS certification.
