Inpatient Rehab RN

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Inpatient Rehab RN to join ThedaCare at Regional Medical Center in Neenah, Wisconsin. As an integral part of our team, you will provide specialized, evidence-based nursing care to our acute inpatient unit, focusing on diagnoses such as stroke, spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, and debility patients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered care through an interprofessional approach.
• Ensure safe and compassionate care within the scope of practice.
• Contribute to high-quality patient outcomes through collaborative practice.

Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin RN Licensure.
• Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN) OR Associates Degree in Nursing with a commitment to obtain BSN within five years.
• American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Physical Demands

• Ability to move freely and lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Exposure to blood borne pathogens.
• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
