Job Description

We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Millers Home Center. As the Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing the sales process, building relationships with customers, and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs. This role involves outreach to existing customers, effective sales presentations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make effective sales presentations to existing customers and walk-ins.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, addressing their needs promptly.
  • Consult with customers to determine requirements and offer design solutions.
  • Prepare estimates, process quotes, and manage sales orders.
  • Achieve optimal gross margin potential on all sales.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years in sales or sales support role.
  • Experience in business-to-business commerce preferred.
  • Customer service or training experience in a technology company preferred.

Physical Requirements

  • Medium Work: Handling up to 50 pounds of force occasionally.
  • Constant hand/finger use for various tasks.

Compensation

Starting wages based on experience: $14.2-24.9 per hour.
